The Color Purple - swap

CLOSED!

I love the color purple, so I thought it would be fun to swap 3 random purple scrapbook items of your choice.... tags, brads, paper, ribbon, flowers, journal blocks, die cuts, stickers, etc...

   1.   3 random scrapbook items of your choice - per person

   2. All items in this swap must be 60% purple.

   3. The 3 random items can be homemade or store bought.

   4.   3 random items should be packaged in plastic baggies with a name tag, so everyone knows who the random items came from.

   5.   A return envelope - self addressed with extra postage (the same amount of postage it takes you to send your package to me.

First, I would like to thank Tajuana, Dawn and Karla for the ribbon swap. I love the beautiful ribbon each of your selected.

I'm in on the purple swap. I need time to narrow down my 3 items. I will post my selection soon.

Just a reminder, this swap closes on Monday 8/20.

Most likely we will close with the 4 names listed above. Therefore, you should plan to send 3 (not counting yourself) of each item to each person on the list.

Ship your items to me starting Monday (must reach me by 8/27). My address will always be posted on RS online calendar... under each swap.

I've made my journal boxes already. I can't wait to see everything together.

How about each of us do a layout using our swap items and post for everyone to see? I would love to see how each individual style comes out using the same items.

I loved your journaling box.... great work. I can't say that I have ever seen dark purple buttons unless they where mixed in with a whole bunch of other buttons. I'm sure I will have fun with those.

Thanks Karla! I have already used your ribbon and I wanted to know where you purchased it from... I could use some more.

I will post what I did with your ribbon and would like to see what you do with any of the items you received from the color purple swap also.
